Re: District 5 Wrestling Tournament
Berlin should have lost points for their 152 lb wrestler throwing his headgear when losing in the final? Not sure if that was enforced or not.

Re: 2016 Legion
Travel baseball and the Flood City "Elite" are killing legion baseball in our area. It's just a fact. Parents think that because their kids is on a FC"E" team they will get noticed. Those parents are wrong. Being talented will get your son noticed. And FC"E" could...

Re: Players to watch
Don't count out the boys from Northern Bedford in ICC. Three starters at 6'2" or better. Four returning starters are all around good athletes. New and improved coach could take them to new heights.

Re: How Elite is Elite?
Answers to some of the questions above: 1. I completely support travel baseball. 2. No, the player drafted by the Mets is not my kid. 3. I have do have a son playing travel baseball and have both my son and daughter's college paid thank you. And NO, it is not $2,000 every three months. Not even $2,0...

Re: How Elite is Elite?
Since the game is doing research before you post, I have a few homework assignments for you say_oww; 1. Who or where have you seen a high school kid throw 140 curve balls in a game? I wouldn't let a kid throw 140 pitches total! 2. DNA can determine pitch count? Really? As you posted earlier in this ...

Re: How Elite is Elite?
Question for you say_oww, since you seem to be a wealth of knowledge on this subject, should I "assume" you've coached at this level? Or are you just good at Internet searches?

Re: How Elite is Elite?
Thanks for the math lesson, I was running out of fingers and toes to do the calculations myself. As for the comment about being defensive, you shouldn't assume things, you know what happens to people that do that. My comments have zero to do with the money aspect rather the posts in this thread from...

Re: How Elite is Elite?
Chad Luensmann from Bellwood-Antis was drafted by New York Mets today. And he has a scholarship to Nebraska. Not too shabby for a kid who played "elite" baseball. The name of this website is spot on. All who posted in this thread about elite baseball have ZERO clue about it. Merely coaches...
