Re: Todd Haley
Blake B is nowhere early Big Ben. He cannot throw the ball downfield with any accuracy or drive. One step above the QBs in Cleveland.

Re: Pitt Basketball
I crave stability for Pitt, but not with this guy. He was a very, very bad hire. He is going to make the Ralph Willard years look great

Re: Mccort OT gets disrespected by T.D.
McCort is only now starting to recover from the Kevin Sheridan years. I'm thinking nothing but up from here, they seem to have a good program in place again. Ligonier was very good this year and will be good again next. As far as this original topic, whomever posted this, remember your son is p...

Re: Pitt Football Offseason/Recruiting
I was thinking the 16 years that Rip coached. Dave could have given Pitt that and then maybe handed off to the next hall of fame coach because then a coach would know that had stability to make a few missteps and not get canned. I know you are just trying to paint Pitt in a bad light, so this is my ...

Re: Pitt Football Offseason/Recruiting
Dave would have better talent because of his recruiting ability and a program with stability. So the talent level would have been higher and it really is the "Jimmy and Joes, not the Xs and Os". I will agree that game day strategy was not Dave's strength, but it sure as heck beats the re...

Re: Pitt Football Offseason/Recruiting
Dave got shafted. I liked him, raw deal. If they had let him stay he would have provided stability to the program. Not a National Championship or anything, but better than Pitt has now. 2006 - 16th 2007 - 21th 2008 - 20th https://247sports.com/Season/2008-Football/CompositeTeamRankings https://24...

Re: Pitt Football Offseason/Recruiting
Somewhere Dave Wannstedt is laughing. remember when he pulled in top 15 classes, only to get fired by an AD that ruined Pitt athletics TWICE with an interlude to ruin Nebraska as well.

Re: Steelers vs. Patriots
I say get rid of replay. It has never worked as intended. Mistakes happen. Take all that money spent on replay and invest it into referee training and pay to get and train the best. Then accept the fact that human error is part of the game like it was for 70 years before replay.
