Success formula tweaked

Article in today's Altoona Mirror Sports, gives a very detailed article on what discussions and changes the PIAA made for 24-25 in their summer Board of Directors meeting. My computer skills are not good, so perhaps someone can post the article . Sorry, but I still have a black -white TV and a rotary phone.

When the PIAA is in court over a team because of this success factor I feel like that is the sign to go back to 4 classes.
