Week Eight District Six Class AAAA Power Rankings
1. Johnstown 8-0 Defeated Bishop McCort 34-20 Next up: @ Bishop Guilfoyle Last Week: #1
Johnstown fended off a solid Bishop McCort team last week to improve to 8-0. With that win, it sets up the game of the year in the LHAC, and perhaps even District Six. Johnstown will look to become the first team to defeat Bishop Guilfoyle since Homer Center did it back on November 23, 2013.
2. Clearfield 7-1 Defeated Bald Eagle 37-0 Next up: Philipsburg-Osceola Last Week: #2
Clearfield continues to keep pace with Johnstown. They shutout Bald Eagle 37-0 last week. They should improve to 8-1 this week against Philipsburg. That win would also lock up the Mountain League Championship.
3. DuBois 5-3 Defeated Franklin 56-40 Next up: @ Newport Last Week: #3
DuBois won in a high-scoring shootout...shocking. The Beavers have a tough won this week against 8-0 Newport out of District 3 on the road.
