Softball playoffs

Still no talk of the softball teams. Fannett, Claysburg, and Ridge all are pretty impressive. Who makes the longest run in the state playoffs?

Well, since they seldom win playoffs in anything because they are so small, and partly because my mother-in-law graduated from there (3 in her senior class), I'm gonna root for Fannett-Metal!

You got your wish. The Tigers of F-M won their first game and now will face Elk Co. Catholic. I think they graduate a little more than 3 kids nowadays. What year did your mother-in-law graduate with only 3 kids. I taught there in the late 80's and their classes were bigger than 3!!.

F-M Tigers won 2-1. Both teams will play at St. Francis (F-M @ 12 and Central @ 2). Great representation of local teams with both teams winning. Good luck to both teams against WPIAL teams. Go Dragons and Tigers!!
