Re: Pennsylvania College Football
This is as much about money as it is about safety for leagues like the PSAC and probably the Ivy and Patriot. They don't make TV money and very little on ticket sales.
They took a big hit in the spring when school was shut down and they had to return room and board money. And all are facing increased expenses from PPE and reduced enrollments. Dropping sports in the fall (or permanently) is an easy way to save some money.
The same may apply to high schools. They will be looking at increased PPE expenses. Cutting sports may be a way to offset some of that expense.

High schools don't spend much money on sports. Cutting sports doesn't save much money.

Testing labs in Florida have been exposed for reporting 100% positive Covid test results. They now claim there was a mistake somewhere and positives are actually 5-10%. States, counties, companies, schools, colleges, sports leagues, etc...are making critical decisions based upon intentionally-misleading data. This is shameful.

Thank you, Col. AB-solutely CORRECT! This is why POTUS has just authorized an independent group , instead of the Corrupt Disease Control Center to handle Covid #'s.
It ain't over until it's over.

I feel much safer the data is going to someone that is wishing it will all just go away magically before medical personnel.

The CAA is expected to announce tomorrow it won’t be playing in the fall. CAA is a top FCS League, so add Villanova to the list of PA schools that won’t be Playing this fall.

As oppose to an organization that already proved to be untrust worthy?Crimson's Ghost wrote: ↑July 16th, 2020, 5:07 pm I feel much safer the data is going to someone that is wishing it will all just go away magically before medical personnel.
