I like CG's list. I'd maybe flip-flop Westy and FH. Bedford and Central clearly the top. BG will be good and Richland should sqeeze maybe another year or two out of this run if they can patch together a line. I think CR will be better than the other Tier 2s, but of course they have a big guy to replace. PC maybe a surprise move up.
