Defensive Strategy question
Re: Defensive Strategy question
With such a big lead late in the game, why would Richland keep their starters in so long? You only have to win by one in the play-offs. The game was long over. Who are you trying to impress? Isn't there a risk involved in losing a starter with BIG games still coming up? It's cold. The players are tired, having been practicing since mid-August. Why take the chance? Winning big isn't going to move you up in the polls by beating an 8th seed. The proof is in the pudding.

Very true statement. It's like some of these coaches have a chip on their shoulders so keeping starters in or running up the score is cool to them. Felus left his starters in against Tyrone up by 24 till late in the game tooEl-Moldo wrote: ↑November 21st, 2021, 11:38 am With such a big lead late in the game, why would Richland keep their starters in so long? Well what do you expect, Felus made his offense hurry up to the line with 7 seconds left to get one more play off against CC when he was up by 14.Goldeneagles12 wrote: ↑November 21st, 2021, 2:40 pmVery true statement.
