Probably because all their transfers likely come as 9th graders. Meanwhile, 1A Aliquipa lost their first appeal

SCA remains undefeated in PIAA appeals.
Dumb question - I wonder what would happen if 30-40 other AA football schools voluntarily moved up to AAA to avoid SCA. Would the PIAA re-balance all of the classifications to ensure equal numbers as per the norm or would AA be "thin" for a cycle?

Quippa voluntarily plays up. So what if they would say hey we are playing our true classification now.
