How can it be anyone other than Hoenstine at Central. He is going to be playing at the next level some where.

Ethan Weber - Bedford.

Hard to argue it's not Jeff Hoenstine. He's likely to crack the top ten in career passing yards for PA and could be #1 for TD's, of which he has the single season record of 57.

Best college prospect and best player in the area aren't always the same thing.

2023 is a good year for Pennsylvania in general, there are around 30ish guys I think will play Power-5 level, and also a good number of MAC recruits as well. Pennsylvania's talent has dwindled through the years comparative to other top states, but this one in particular is a strong class.
Michael Dincher, OL from State College is probably the top prospect in District 6. I see he has offers from UMass, Buffalo, Western Michigan, and some FCS schools too. Not sure if anyone else in D6 has that kind of recruiting attention right now.

I would take Garrett Harrold over Jeff Hoenstine. They are both excellent, but Harrold has the more prototypical college QB size.
