Steelers

Post by ERAChamp »

I guess Trubisky wasn't the problem after all. Prime Dan Marino wouldn't have helped this team. As the late, great Chaz Noll once said, "We have problems and they are many". That is pretty much spot on for this edition of the Steelers.

The problem with the defense wasn't being on the field too long, it was that they weren't on the field long enough. Buffalo averaged 10 yards per play, which is insane and not in any way sustainable. They were giving up scores way too easily.
Maybe for the whole game, but in the first half when all the damage was done, 31 of 38 points, 4 of the 6 Steelers offensive possessions were 3 plays or less and 2:00 or less. Combine that with the Bills having 2 big TD plays and the defense was on the field nonstop

I dont think tomlin is trying to find any scapegoats at all.

In what is likely Brady's last game vs the steelers its nice to see steelers win.

Solid game today considering a third the defense was out today and kenny got concussed.

8-2 with T.J. Watt in the lineup and 1-6 without him this season. That stat hasn’t really been talked about enough.

Can we be surprised? Its an enzo comment.

8-2 with Watt is a huge state but I am happy with how the season ended up. It was a rebuild year on the offense and injury filled on defense. Ended up 9-8 and have 3 picks in the first 80 in the draft. Some cap room too to set up a solid offseason
