ABA Team to Altoona

I saw in the Mirror the other day that an ABA team is looking to come to Altoona, which is pretty cool, and can only do good things for the town. Who do you think would be some good local talent to tryout for the team? How about a local coach to take the head job? Thoughts?

"If you build it they will come" worked for the Curve, because of the support and proximity of the (horrid) Pirates, but since it's been reported that Altoona population is declining as is Johnstown's (Mill Rats), are these franchises doing the wise thing by coming into a bad situation, only to leave as a failed effort after a couple years? Seriously, good luck.
