Penn State Basketball

What a disaster. Mass exodus. Top 4 scorers, top defender, and top rotational big man all in the portal.

If Sandy Barbour isn’t on the hot seat, then she never will be. Could you handle a situation any worse?

I was not a Pat Chambers. But they (basically) fired a guy that has completely turned around the trajectory of your program and then to not provide an explanation to the 15 young men that committed to play for him, this is what happens.

Then you hire a new guy but let him continue coaching at his current school while your program is losing half their scholarship players. Why hire him so soon then? Let Jim Ferry continue to be interim HC until the new guy is acting COMING TO BE YOUR COACH.

Embarrassing for the university. What a joke!

Penn State basketball will ALWAYS be a second rate program. If they remotely cared about basketball at all they would occassionally be in the mix, as evidenced with Hockey, Football, Wrestling & Volleyball. However, this just isn't the case. Penn State hoops, both men's and women's, is just a nothing burger and will continue to be a doormat in the B1G for years to come.

No coach has had a winning record since Bruce Parkhill. And that was barely over .500
