US won’t make it out of group stage. A loss to England, a win vs Iran, and a draw against Wales. Don’t get through do to goal differential.
Argentina beats Brazil 2-1 in the final.

Not that most even care, but Argentina just LOST to who? Saudi Arabia.

Manny, sounds like you're invested in this more than you let on!
I really don't get into soccer at all, but I do get into international competition. Similar to the Olympics, I don't care the event, I'll watch if there's an American competing. I was up in the middle of the night screaming at the TV while Jesse Diggins was holding off Sweden for gold in cross country skiing.

Nah. Just biding time between real sport seasons of football (American) and hoops/ rasslin'.
It ain't over until it's over.

Not a soccer fan but always hope for a “Miracle on Turf” for the USA men’s team in this event.

Re: World Cup 2022
I watched about 10-15 minutes of the game against Wales. In that time there were 3 different guys laid out on the field like they were shot and more whining than an NBA game. Then they awarded a penalty kick for a little tie-up in the box. That seems like an extreme penalty for a sport with so little scoring. That's my 1.5 cent take.
