NCAA D1 XC Nationals

Carly Seymor, a sophomore for Duke University who ran at Central Cambria HS, finished 29th overall at the national cross country meet on Monday. Her time was only 51 seconds from first place. This meet featured most of the best college distance runners in the nation. Congratulations on a tremendous performance.

Excellent run...Top 25 American finishers are consiered All-Americans, I am sure that there were at least 4 non-Americans ahead of her, so I'm sure she is an AA. Congrats!

BTW, did anyone catch the men's 10K race? Chelanga ran 28:45, with his first mile in 4:21 and his opening 5K in 14:09...and he looked like he wasn't even working hard...SICK.
