Yuck.....talk about an S word that I hate. Shinsplints are Satan. All we have to practice on is a blacktop parking lot unless we hike it over to Somerset to use their track, so all we hear from our coach is 'Ice Ice Baby.' lol

but yea i had shinsplints, not enjoyable, but id rather have them instead of a loose screw any day of the week :lol:

Gunner, you're always gonna have a screw loose regardless of if you have them in your ankles or feet or where ever. Its just a given thing....lol j/k

I don't know if NBC will have many girls this year or not i hope so but most of the people don't want to go out for track because its "just running". I think of it like this track is soccer with out the ball :mrgreen: .

or when the refs get mad i whip the shot put out of my sock and see how far i can throw it, or if its a cold game i can hide a jav in my long sleeve undershirt :lol:
