That 400 is a very quality time for this time of year. The patton kid has very impressive numbers and looks as if the tyrone boys are loaded this year. The somiari kid from richland did well in the triple jump and the Hankerson boy has a nice throw in the shot put.Does anyone know why dunchack(nc) wasn't competing? Is she hurt?

:48.9 is outstanding for a soph. If the Tyrone kid stays healthy, he should be able to challenge for a top 5 finish at the AA meet.

I saw Altoona's dual meet results yesterday, and saw that Kinney beat Gehret in the 100m dash. Interesting.

NC had only one individual Saturday. A parent paid out-of his own pocket for his daughter to compete in the meet. From what I am hearing they did not have permission from the district to compete

USATF,

Don't believe she was hurt. NC results in the A. Mirror from a dual meet earlier in the week had her HJing 5'6 and LJing 18. Sounds healthy to me.

bedford invitational was on the schedule for both northern cambria teams but they did not go because of too many other things going on that day for multiple team members. at least that's what i heard. nc's j rocco did go, though, and i think she set two meet records (jav, discus). thats how nc had a team score.
