congratulations to davie burkett for winning the 300 hurdles with a school record of 39.65!! where was endress and gherret? or however u spell it. alot of ppl surprised everyone with performances

Our Boys had some pretty decent efforts as well...48:55 in the 400 for Patton, 55' + in the shot for Hankerson, 6'4 high jump from Reihart, 2 of the 3 relays looked real good.

Tyrone Track and Field...Bring back the days of Joe Baughman, Marty Kimmel, Kevin Jenkins, and Lee Hayes...I also remember the cheating starter they had at home meets...
"On your mark...Get set"...(Tyrone runner leaves blocks .10 before the guns goes off)...BANG...Then everyone else starts their race. Amazing. No false starts for Tyrone, only visiting teams.
Bellwood was almost as bad.

yeah, 2 won gold at PIAA meet, Jenkins (hurdles), and what events was Baughman in? Hayes won 4 medals but don't think he ever got a gold.
