i think it has to do with the fact that they really dont make any money off track

how true how true...that is why Bedford hosts an invitational...only way to make money..other than the concession stand i guess

I actually ended up not going to the meet because my mom punked out on me. She was going to drive me up, but she was afraid the weather would get crappy. I checked on Slippery Rock's website to see if they had results posted, but I haven't seen anything yet. All I know is that my buddy Terrah Stock placed 5th in the 400 in 70secs. I'm really wishing I would have gone...that is my main event and I know I could have run it faster! Oh well...but there is another meet up there this Sunday. Its one of those All-Comer meets where everyone and his uncle can compete.

I can't go to that meet this Sunday because I have to work, go to my All-County banquet for soccer, and THEN head to Pro Care for an indoor game. I wish I had time to go, though.
