huh i must be going crazy.....It has to be the game you were speaking of during the State Runner up year. I for some reason thought it was real low scoring, but if anybody would know, it'd be you. Great Website by the way. You do an awesome job.

Johnstown is only returning two starters from last years team. I look for them to struggle early in the season until their inexperience players log more minutes. I still believe Johnstown has the most talent in the LHAC, but expect them to lose 5 to 6 games. The loss of the Eddins kid will hurt.

I would have to disagree with you. The competition in the Laurel Highlands isn't very good. I wouldn't be surprised if Johnstown beats just about every team in the area by about 20-30 points. Johnstown is only returning 2 starters from last year, yes you are right. But they have two 6'4 athletic kids(Haselrig & Andrews) that played a lot during the 09-10 season.

I can promise you that won't happen. Be realistic. They were much better last year than the team up the street, and both of those games were under ten. And the team up the street improved. Keep that in mind.

Ok, honestly..

Johnstown is getting WAY too much hype! Are they a good team? Yes. But the team with Trey Sharpe, Xavier Thomas, and Marcus Tullis would beat this team by 20. Johnstown may have a 2-3 loss season and MIGHT win districts, but they're done after that. Next year could be a different story, as they'll be returning 5 starters all who i would imagine to have 20-30+ minutes pg, plus 6th man Phillip Madison will be a junior, look for this year to be a big test for how good they really can be.
