Good Luck to local Karlee McQuillen at olympic trials!

Post by usatf oldguy »

You know as much as some of you Johnstown guys beat your chest about athletes, how did this one get by on here unnoticed? I would luck to wish Karlee (westmont grad) all the luck in the world at the olympic trials! It is sad that this many top athletes from the area go by basically with very little press in their bid to make an olympic team. Shows a total lack of respect for a sport where you need to be in the top three in the USA just to make it. Anyhow GOODLUCK!!!!! Someone wake up the tribune on this one!

Karlee currently is in third place after the prelims with a 182'10" throw. She is gonna have to hit the "A" standard to make it to london. I think it is about 200'. I hope she gets it in the finals!
