Everett @ Ridge (BBall)

Post by rednwhite10 »

Everett travels to Ridge tomorrow it should be a good game. At everett the warriors pulled off a one point win after being dominated on the boards. Everett will come out determined and fresh since not practicing much this week with all the cancelations. It might come down to the end again.....this should be a good match up for years to come.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a delaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

Both teams should be chomping at the bit because of the lay-offs. Let's hope it's as good a game as the first one.

both teams have the potential to be a little rusty. but that will go both ways. The victor could be the one who makes the least mistakes because it could be a sloppy game.

It should be a good game both teams have 7 or 8 guys that can start and will all see some time. These kind of games are the games that separate a good player from a great one.

The lions couldnt hang onto a 16-10 haftime lead. Everett outplayed the lions in the second half when the got tired. Congrats to both teams and good luck the rest of the season.

This was a very sloppy game for both teams there were turnovers left and right.....but i guess thats what u get with little to no practice all week. Everett did pull out the victory in the fourth quarter tho. Both teams hustled and played hard all game and like i said before this should be a good match up in the years to come.

Good post, redandwhite10. It was a poorly officiated game too -- I guess the refs were rusty too. In the end, though, I think the Warriors wanted it a bit more. It was a tough loss for the Lions.

I also believe that it was a very well played game. There were a lot of turnovers though as rednwhite said and some sloppy passing. Also as foghorn said, the refs were making some bad calls. Any kind of contact was being called a foul. Good game on both parts though. Good luck in future games guys!

Ridge should have won the game but they were in a state of chaos in the fourth quarter.... It was a poorly officiated game as well. Who calls a carry anymore?
Bubba: Have you ever been on a real shrimping boat?
Forrest: No, but I've been on a real big boat.
