Don't count out the boys from Northern Bedford in ICC. Three starters at 6'2" or better. Four returning starters are all around good athletes. New and improved coach could take them to new heights.

Keep your eye on Juniata Valley. They start three freshman. Two of those three are special and will be absolutely dominant by the time they are juniors/seniors
