HS Girls Playoff Picture

Which teams are head and shoulders better then everyone else in 3A?
A- is Juniata Valley and bishop Carroll. Hard to see anyone else beating them.
AA- Bellwood is favorite but Penns Manor Blairsville McCort could compete.
AAA- is extremely hard to say who is favorite I think Juniata is not as good as record. Central is very well coached team but lost a lot of talent from last years team and bellefonte and united scorers seem unusual. Penns Valley has a lot returning and beat Juniata Valley but also lost to Tyrone and we will see them play Friday. LHAC teams are good teams but are they head and shoulders better then anyone? West Shamokin returning champs have to be a team to look at as well have beat some big wpial schools.
Ild like to know who people think is that much better in AAA

Duke just lost to a St. Joe's team that had no conference wins. It's basketball. Any of the playoff teams usually have a chance. Teams rarely go undefeated. Shots can be off any given night.

I've always enjoyed watching local high school girls basketball (Somerset County).  I think a surprise team this year in the county and D5 is the North Star Lady Cougars.  These girls come to play hard every night.  They had to deal with some adversity before the season with some injuries to key players.  I believe they had a player injure her knee during the volleyball season.   These girls have responded.  They are a scrappy bunch of girls.  They are currently 14-5 with a huge game looming next week against Windber.  A big shout goes out to Coack Nicklow and the Lady Cougars.  I think they could turn some heads by possibly winning the WestPac and  could make some noise in the D5 tourney.

Side note, North Star girls made the AA finals 2 years ago before the 6-classifications so let's not throw stones..all I'm saying.
