I do not believe teams are being forced to forfeit if the school is shut down due to the virus. They are not to be punished for things that are beyond their control. For those teams who are unable to play it simply does not count in their record one way or the other.
At least this is my understanding.

That is true to my knowledge as well. Playoffs are a different story.

So if a LHAC team that is 8-0, but missed playing Bedford and Richland during the regular season because of the virus, they end up undefeated.

I dont think Forest Hills is going to be undefeated, they also just had a large group of players quit the team.

Are they forfeiting all sports of just football?

Forest Hills is returning to regular classes on next Thursday. I guess ALL sports can resume at that time, IF they are ready. Next Friday's football game probably won't be played because they have NOT practiced for a week. But who knows. They might just try to get it in anyway.. As for FH kids quitting the football team, hear a few seniors have left, but 4 still remain.

There were only 5 seniors to start, I think, so that means maybe 1 left? That happens every year, for varying reasons like grades, lack of playing time, injuries, etc. Nothing to see here. Move along.
It ain't over until it's over.
