Historical time travel!

Post by ERAChamp »

All great choices. Strictly sports related I would pick 2/22/80 - Lake Placid, NY - Miracle on Ice. Yes, it is the 42nd anniversary of that event!! I loved the purity of the game then - no ads on the ice or boards, just hockey. I still get goosebumps when I see highlights of that game - at the height of the cold war with Russia.

How times have changed - I didn't watch one minute of this year's Olympics.

Since the History Channel mostly sucks now, you can get the History Vault on Amazon prime that has all the old stuff. I just watch all the old Civil War Combat episodes and Men Who Built America. Well work the $5.

I love theater/music so i would of loved to see someone like Bach, Mozard or Beethoven live. Probably a shakespear play would of been amazing yoo

The moon landing in 1969 would be an incredible historical event to witness firsthand.
