TAE, why is this a good decision? I am confused about this whole situation.

I think it was a good decision for him, if making it to the NFL is his ultimate goal as I suspect so.
Clark comes back next year and is starter by default (unless an injury). Devlin would have the year
following next to start. Unless he had a single superb year like Michael Robinson, what chance would
he have on draft day, etc. He might get signed as a free agent, might not.... Makes some sense to
go 1-AA, start for two years, and hope for a Flacco like thing....

Also, JoePA mentioned in his new conference today several "silent verbals". Maybe one of them is Newsome or Boyd
and Devlin knows something.

Pat devlin will not go to another D-A school. what would be the point of leaving? he would only have 1 year (same as he would if he stayed at penn state). My bet he goes to delaware. Delaware struggled this year at the Qb position. they had there worst season this year and he would fit into there passing offense.

Plus he would get to wear neat uniforms like Michigan.

Why do the Fightin' Blue Hens wear wolverine helmits? Shouldn't there be some kind of chicken logo on them?

I'm pretty sure I heard that Michigan stole that idea from Delaware, but don't quote me. Princeton has the same pattern as well.

God, I love those Princeton home jerseys.
