Ill tell you what joe gibbs is coming back to the team that won 3 super bowls under 3 different quarterbacks and he was a coach who wanted to win always and only once had a losing season(7-9) I feel he could lead the redskins with his strict discipline to the playoffs within the next couple of years. he also brought to washington his old o line coach joe bugel who had one of the premier offenseive lines of the 80's and early 90's he is also bringing with him to washington fm buffalo coach gregg wiliams from buffalo as his d corrnaditor so we shall wait and see how gibbs second round with the redskins goes in the nations capitol

Don Breaux, another long-time Gibbs associate most recently with the Carolina Panthers, will serve as offensive coordinator. Former Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Greg Blache will be the Redskins' defensive coordinator in 2004—to go along with his duties coaching the defensive line.
