How so? Iowa went 11-2, beat the ACC champ, return virtually everyone (remember: Bulaga missed a lot of time this season). Nebraska is not a top 10, Deliverance. 15, yes. Do you remember how bad that offense is?

The offense will be fine by next season. Trust me. They will more than likely beat Texas early on next season in Nebraska. You and I both know that Iowa team was overrated all year. You even said so yourself for the majority of the season. I'll go out on a limb and say Iowa loses at least 3 or 4 games next season.

They might lose 6.
But that's not the point. They went 11-2, return virtually intact. It is the job of programs 6-25 to make a case better than Iowa's. It is the job of programs 13-25 to make a case better than Penn State's. There just isn't. It's not even that these teams are awesome, its that no one is better than them.
I will say right now that Texas will beat Nebraska in Lincoln.
But that's not the point. They went 11-2, return virtually intact. It is the job of programs 6-25 to make a case better than Iowa's. It is the job of programs 13-25 to make a case better than Penn State's. There just isn't. It's not even that these teams are awesome, its that no one is better than them.

I hope you're right, but it's just one of those games I don't feel good about already. If you look at the stretch of games that Texas will go through at that point in the season, they're going to drop one. That's the one I think they lose.
