Any Opinions on Mount Unions Team this Year without S. Dixon

The Trojans are neither overrated or terrible. Remembering they only lost 2 seniors, you must have already forgotten the game against North Star in the State Quarterfinals....NO HITTER. Goodling buckled almost every batter and the ones he didn't, his infield make ESPN quality plays.

Of course, that was last year and this year has yet to begun. We can only wait and see.

I only have one thing to say. The Mount Union Trojans will NEVER be the same without Sean Dixon. He is my best friend and I love him so much.

haha...thanks cole...im sure ole mu will be just fine this year without me. lol. they just need somebody to step up and take the leadership role, they have a strong returning line up and good pitching, leave it on the field guys, not on this thread

from the stats by goodling last year i think goodling will be the pitcher to lead the team, and imperoli is also a decent pitcher, Mount Union should have a good chance at being successful this year with the loss of only two seniors, i guess will see this spring

hahaha FBD hes a joke u wont know baseball until u saw the trojans and the headcoach Nick, FBD u dont know **** about the trojans. They did lose a couple great players but im confident in the trojans this yr. as hampstercage said that someone will need to step up and lead the team 2 a great season and what about this kid chuckie beaston i never hear his name in here and Eliot Clemens both great players

Apparently that's Ben Hann as you could see from another forum, but Elliot Clemens played first base last year while Dixon pitched and then rightfield when Goodling pitched. Clemens hit a low .300 average who started every year he played. It's hard to hear of any other players such as Kyle Morrow, Chuck Beaston, Elliot Clemens, or Darrien Walker when MU in known for pitching. Dixon and Goodling been getting the attention cause their rep on the mound. Now that Imperoli will see more time he is getting his name out, who he has been workin very hard in preparation for this season.

Switch, you are correct. MU is a very solid team in every aspect of the game. Great pitching and defense along with hitting up and down the lineup. You do only hear certain names mentioned, but all of the players deserve mention because they all do their part to make the team complete.
