103- Roberts(state champion)
112- mcKenzie..i heard heinrich is hurt if he is i predict corle to pull out 2nd
119- Thomas will dominate..high place at states for him..pfaunmiller will get second
125-Lascari(state placewinner..no better than 5th)...cahill 2nd..and gartland 3rd
130-Im gonna predict an upset here if hosselrode(state qualifier if healthy) is healthy i predict him to beat maust(state qualifier)..if he is not 100% then maust will win the class
135- Easter(state placewinner.6th at best) will win easily
140- Baker over shane.only exciting finals match in my opinion.i guess it would be an upset but after the thomas tournament shane hasnt imprsssed me at all...i dont think either will make it out of regionals..this weight has 5 state placwinners in it..but ill save that until next week
145- ripple(state qualifier) over sollenberger
152- Gibbons(state qualifier) over Troutman
160- Dibert over Hoover in an exciting match
171- Albright over Donatelli..weak weight class
189- Sollenberger over grimes
215- Suter over Stanton, Krupa third
285- Hixson over Matney

im predicting Bedford to win the team title but im pulling for NBC

Could someone who knows for SURE, please explain to me how seedings for the district tournament are done? Is there a criteria list that is followed? If so, is there a particular order in which it is followed? Sometimes I think I know a lot about wrestling, other times I look at something and really have to scratch my head and wonder????

130,140 are really the only two weights I see good finals matches at. Bleacherbump has ten NBC boys getting through. If they get that many through I agree that they win the tourney. I don't think they will though. I predict them to send 9 through to Bedford's 7. Bedford wins on bonus points and the strength of their champs. IMO.

plumber, I know that there's a points system for District 5. Head to head takes precedence over points, though. If you asked Sneakers, he may know exactly how the formula for the points work.

Great link, TylerRose. Thanks for the info. Thats an interesting points system, the biggest part of the equation coming from the wrestler's record, and interestingly enough, it doesn't matter if they have wrestled 1 match or 40. By the first part of the equation, if the wrestler had one match and won it he would get 60 points. If a wrestler had 30 matches and won 26, he would only have 51.9 points. Seems like there should be a minimum number of matches attached to that part of the equation, it seems maybe a little flawed. Quality points are the second part and wrestler's last year's performance being the third part, both adding points possibly as well.Interesting.....
