Ridge Dad, without question the better team won that night. however, all i was stating was that game was much much closer than the score indicated. if Bryan is in the lineup its closer than 23-0 and Windber does score.

Oh what a comeback! All he did was state a fact..but I guess we can't expect any of the Windber faithful to admit it.

Dberries, stay in your closet. I still have yet to hear what you have to say with WIndber being 1 kid off of AA. What is the secret? Do you and McCort have a book of cheating that you two only have?

truth hurts d-berries....teams have down years, windber is finally having one. shut up? come on...we all know windber should beat up on Berlin every year. look at the population difference. it's logic...one short of AA? Berlin isn't even close to that when the classes are huge so....whatever, don't stoop down to that level and be the typical windber type that we have all come accustomed to

Well like someone said earlier the rugg kid helped windber out. You cant lie about numbers kids, you cant deny someone acceptance to a public high school. they dont pick someone to throw out of school every year to make the A cut. Come on now you guys are a little smarter than that I hope.. They dont just hide a kid in the school every year when they count enrollment to make the A cut.

I am not the typical windber type. I just find it amusing that when a team is good once in 10 years everyone has to come out of the woodwork and talk **** on a team that has a winning tradition thats lasted for 10723832 years. Your right windber isnt off to a good start this year, I am not blind to the fact they arent having a good year.. it happens to everyone, and to be honest I really could care less.

I also find it amusing that bb gets on here and talks his brother up so much, I am also not blind to the fact he is an extremely gifted athlete, he's getting bigger yet and I hear he works hard. I have one problem though, he's talking about all these college looks ian is getting, and im sure he is, but dont you think colleges look at a kids durability when they look to recruit them, ian, is anything but durable.

Just something schools look into that im sure is overlooked when we all talk about recruitment. You can have the most gifted athlete in the world but if he's hurt every year and misses a few games, what good is he? Especially to the big colleges that bb says are looking at him.

Do you have any insight as to why he misses a few games every year? Did you see the Berlin-Ridge game? That kid trucked a few boys that had more than a few pounds on him. You tell me should a 160 pound kid run over a 190 pounder? No, but it happened. Maybe that wears on his body just a little bit. I'm pretty sure college coaches understand that he'll get bigger in the weightroom; that is why hes getting those offers. On a side note, if you would have been at the meyersdale-berlin game, you would have saw the play that he got hurt. After running over two players, one of the opposing players grabs his facemask and yanks his head into the ground. You tell me...is there anyone that can withstand that happening to them, and be ok? Its freak things that happen..sometimes you can't control luck.

that's where you are typical...you are against everything that's not windber. small schools go in cycles. township, meyersdale, and berlin just completed a cycle. berlin is up again. windber can rely on the numbers every year. others can't. everyone who is in the smaller schools sees this. go outside windber and look at the world from a different view. dont be ignorant.

I agree small schools go through up and down years (cycles) because sometimes the talent or size just is not there. good coaching can only do so much

exactly, you need big classes to come up through. small classes rely on a few kids to carry a team. yes, berlin has ian sayler and a weathly stabel, but they have a line to carry the backs on their shoulders.
