i dont know about anyone else, but i would love to see portage get absolutely destroyed in this game for them running up the score on teams the past few years

true so true.. EDIT: even admit c.t. beat them, in his interview he said they beat themselves township didnt beat them. he seems to forget that 2 td's were called back for holding penalties that had no bearing on the play or happened after the the qb had already thrown the pass. i cant wait to see what he says when ridge pounds thmm. he did the same thing 2 years ago when they beat n.s and after the game they interviewed him and asked about the bonus points for beating them and his response was "this is just a warmup game for us for the upcoming playoffs." they are the only school i have gone to that the parents dont sit on the home side they come over the the visitors side and take blocks of seats so they can heckle the parents of the visitors. and how sweet is was when they all started leaving with 4 min left and going over to their own side. its a shame when the kids are more grown up and mature then their parents.

Funny stuff. I'm the first to admit that the Coach does say some outrageously stupid things to the media, however, I cannot agree with you on the bleachers comment.

Portage fans sit on the ends of the visitors' bleachers because the home side is always completely full. That is the only reason, I know, I'm one of those fans. Out of respect for the visiting fans, they sit on the ends. As far as heckling, really have never witnessed that, but I'm sure it happens occasionally. And I guess Steelers fans never heckle fans of the opposing team at Heinz Field?

yes a bunch sat at the end, but many came early and put blankets throughout the visitors side and the entire back wall was kids and former students. there was more open room on the home side then the visitors because of all the portage people on the visitors side, big difference between steeler fans heckling opposing fans and high school parents ripping on kids whos parents are right below them, especially when a kid goes down.
