The Tyrone train keeps barreling down the tracks! Central plays them tough but not tough enough. I know Huntingdon has a ton of weapons, but I don't think that will be enough to stop the Rangers. Rangers, but closer than people think.

I like Clearfield in the 3A game because of Frye and Morgan. But Johnstown has a a lot of speed so I think it will be a barnburner. I'm pulling for Clearfield though. Whoever wins I think gets a very winnable game against a down Selinsgrove team. Then watch out, the ACC juggernaut will probably beat up on whomever they play.

Coincidentally weren't those the Jesse Jones years. I mean, he was there for about 10 lol. Sorry, couldn't resist :D

Bellefonte looked like deer in headlights against Johnstown's speed. How many guys do the Trojans have that are at least as athletic as Morgan? Johnstown wasn't supposed to do what they did to Forest Hills, but they did. I repeat the question posted before - has Clearfield yet this season seen the speed and athleticism that Johnstown brings?

Bellefonte has seen it before, and have looked like deer in the headlights before, don't confuse Bellefonte with a good AAA team. Clearfield shut them out , and it was 42-0 Tyrone 13 secomds into the second half(coincidentally as long as the starters played). J-town merely did what they were supposed to. I'm not saying it won't be a great game, I'm not one of those folks that run down kids, and Simon and company are deserving of respect; I just don't think they beat Clearfield, I've been wrong before, sure it'll happen again.

Central and Tyrone should be an outstanding football game. These two teams know each other very well and have matched up enough that there is nothing to hide.

Forest Hills hit a bump in the road when they lost to Johnstown, but I still think they are the favorite to win districts.

Give me Tyrone and Forest Hills in a rematch of last year's classic. I know where I'll be next Friday night no matter who wins this weekend's games.

Most likely game is Tyrone vs. Forest Hills. If it is Central that comes out on top I can't say I'll be  . If Huntingdon wins, I'll check out Sportsbeat and this will be the look on my face

You said don't confuse Bellefonte with a good AAA team. Didnt you pick Bellefonte in your fearless forecast? Boy, you must really have no respect for Johnstown's game.

No, I picked them because they are a conference team who has been jeckyll and hyde, they almost lost to Penns Valley ...who CH and Somerset would be slobbering to play, then they beat a couple solid teams, and J-town was just coming off a huge win, thought there could be a little let down. I have no chance in the forcast due to missing 4 or 5 weeks so I figured what the heck.

So when they are Jekyll they are a good AAA team? You said in above post don't mistake them for a good team. Seems like you are talking out both sides of your mouth on this one. No big deal, just saying.

Horrible break for the FH squad this week, word on the street is 1 starting CB and 1 starting safety have come down with mono and are done for the season.

I don't know if Huntingdon passes the ball a lot but I figure that Tyrone is capable of doing so. This could be a major downfall.

That could spell disaster for Forest Hills. Huntingdon has a talented SOPH who can throw it around pretty good and another QB who is more of a running threat. The Bearcats have come on of late, wouldn't be surprised at all to see this one decided by single digits.
