Personally I'm against any school who willingly takes in student-athletes when there is the slightest hint that it is being done for athletic reasons. Just say NO.

Yeah I think its perfectly normal that Dad looked into McCort early in the season, than just decided that he could not pass up an opportunity to move to Central City 1 day after North Star lost in the playoffs.

I think people are just jealous that shade will win it again in hoops with them next again! Maybe another mvp from shade walker/fyock could be 4 years in a row shade has won it! Winber is lucky they don't play shade in football this year because they both are going out and if they are as tough as their dad, you better look out! They play baseball also!

I show no jealousy towards Shade, and am in no way a District 5 fan. All I'm saying is, funny that they decided to go to Shade 1 day after Basketball season

I don't think someone would leave north stars program for shades? N.S. wins in every sport and is a bigger school than shade! I can see if they went to mccort or somewhere bigger, but shade? I heard that their mom lives in shade territory and that is who they are staying with and their dad is at ligonier! That is perfectly legal if they wanted to stay with their mother and are still in shade boundaries! They are good kids and athletes and are doing no wrong in my opinion!

It is 100% absolutely for athletic reasons. If you have been living under a rock, I guess you would not know that 90% of North Star supporters hate Jack Loya. he is not well liked by players and parents alike, The North Star program is losing the Walker brothers and the Straiser brothers have been rumored to be leaving for sometime.

Exactly why go to Shade? Maybe because Shade beat North Star this past season, Fyock is a well liked coach, and by virtue of Wade going to Shade him and Ryan Fyock make them the way better team than North Star next season.

If a family actually moves from one school district to another, no problema. Or if parent's divorce and a student moves to be with one or the other, no problema either. Otherwise.........
