NB infield is solid and set as far as i can see. The only opening that could be available that i can for-see is when Grace pitches, first base could bring in afew takers, My bet it would be the sophmore Diehl, hes 6'4" and can stretch clear to the ground. I think 2 positions in the outfield are not yet filled. Should be interesting how coach mack sets the starters, Hopefully he goes with guys that can get it done and not worry about if its a sophmore, JR or Senior.

I agree. It will be intersting to see how Mac and the assistant, sutter i think it is, set up the outfield. with the switch to BBCOR it will require a good bit of speed from the outfield to track down a lot of gap shots and flares. If fluke starts opening day I look for sollenberger in center, diehl or ebersole in right, and england in left.

i say the panthers from northern bedford will be VERY competitive in district 5 this year, as well in the state! A lot of "ol' timers" coming back this year. all but three in the starting line up will be back. With one player (the Jake Stern) committing D1, and another (the Logan Fluke) with multiple D1 and D2 offers, and many other great athletes, how are they not going to dominate? The line up as of now, i say you cant predict.. Coach McIllnay is old school.. you wont know who's starting where until the day of the ball game.. Many positions up for grabs, many talented ball players to to grab them.. could be an exciting outcome!

i agree as well winchell.. but... what if Miller becomes healthy before the 23 of March? Tough kid, quick kid, very good outfielder, very good catcher, very good athlete. could be a major asset to D5's most dominating baseball team!.. solid
