great hustle by ct the entire game. shots were not falling when they got them off. ct was picking the basket all night very aggressive defensely and burns lit them up offensively getting many 2nd and 3rd shots. sf was not hitting their shots either but the girls played a great defensive game. was very impressed with the offensives sf played, ct almost let them back in it by running up the court and shooting without running any clock with 3 min left and up by 9. 4 times this happened and the coach did nothing to stop it and make sf come out and foul them the school yard offense she runs is not gonna work against the better teams. i hope steve steps in and tries to set up some offensive plays for them. they are super talented girls and would be so much better if they didnt just play 4 girls outside the 3 point line and just pass pass pass kayla and kelsey would be scoring much more if they did even half the offensive screens sf ran.

I thought defense was good but I think NB just made turnovers with no pressure at all. They just did not play well at all. Barnes was great!

totally disagree with that. when nb was playing right below us ct picked them too many times to count when they drove the middle turning point was when the nbc player instead of laying the ball in to bring the game back to 3 points tried to dunk it and blew the dunk. ct went down got a 3 then a steal and a burns layup to make it 10 and they never recovered from that.

The CT boys played lights out defense denying the inside. Forced NBC to shoot from the outside and it appeared that they were not used to that style of game. NBC played frustrated. CT played fast and focused. They forced a lot of turnovers. NBC didnt have an answer.

The CT girls looked sharp as well. Miss Hollenshead is a good player but her supporting cast just was not there. Great defensive plan. Apparent they did some scouting. They have been gradually moving away from live by and die by the 3.

Congrats to both boys and girls from CT.

I am totally shocked by the boys score. How do you go from beating CT earlier in the season to losing by 46? I thought about going over to watch this game, unfortunately something else came up. Guess I didn't miss much in the end. Still scratching my head on this one.

I guess all that street ball, the high flyers, and superior athletes just weren't enough on the hardwood. I hope no one thinks Crawford is a good coach after this.

CT was relentless. They played great team ball and played much faster than NBC. There was never a question as to who was the better team. NBC was out hustled and out played. Period. I think a lot of people, maybe most or all, we're in awe.
