While searching for additional information about Deion's return, I found:

Appears to be a humble and thankful athlete!

Tussey winning by 35 surprises me a little over NBC, but I was also surprised so many people picked NBC .
I was home for Labor Day and wanted to just see a good local high school game so I went to the Tussey vs central game. Watching the game without a "dog in the fight" I must say the score was not indicative of the game at all IMO. Tussey has 2 drives stall within the 10 yard line and had a bad deep in their own territory. That was the difference in the game for the most part. Not to mention on one of central's touchdowns it was a 3rd and 7 and a massive hold on the point of attack was missed. Was Central the better team, yes! But that could have easily been a few point game.

So long story short. I'm not surprised by the TM vs NBC score.

Yes Deion Robinson played, and played great. He wore one of those giant elbow braces. It is like one of those braces Ray Lewis wore a few years ago.

It will take somerset some time to get respect from teams and fans. Hell, last yr was their 1st win since 83 over forest hills. The program is off and flying now. They have so much speed this year and good size up front with incredible athletes. To do what they did to fh and shut blough and donohue out from scoring is a tribute to that swarming defense and speed. Especially at fh with don bailey coaching. He really blitzed and came after the qb last night though, but that led to big plays when somerset bought time. I hope donohue is alright also. You hate to see a great kid go down his senior year. Heiple had a hell of a game last nite scoring 4 tds 4 different ways. All the kids played well.

Also the thing that may hurt them is scoring 40 by halftime in their 1st 2 games. Players aren't getting into game shape when they finally have to go 4 quarters. Like next week vs bedford will make or break their season! They probably will have to go all 4! Sounds like bedfords defense is down this year though. They did lose koontz, hickey, tew, blevins, jones, and demoss off that defense and they made most of the tackles last year for them against somerset. Bedford does have their skilled players back though. Should be another good test for somerset down over the mountain on the grass field! Good luck to both teams.

Is Tyrone under achieving or will the offense come around?

What is funny is last year the real bleachers coach was arguing with el moldo and manfred about somersets coach running it up with stull late. They both said somerset has to come to fh next year, lookout. Well, it looks like the real bleacher coach was right about saying fh better watch out for somerset. And if somerset wanted to put up 100 last night they could have. They took the starters out before halftime.

Not sure if I get the question. They just beat 2 of the tougher teams on their schedule, both will be top 4 seeds in playoffs . They weren't ranked coming in. Were they supposed to win by 30? Not trying to sound smart, but those two games were also pretty big rivalry games, and the fact they won both with those games being the first 2 with new QB, TB, not to mention new head coach and OC.... Only going to get better.

I agree that this might be the best Somerset football team in recent memory, maybe forever I don;t know the history. I think they will win the District 6/9 playoffs, will have a tough time after that. AAA state football with Bishop McDevitt, Imhotep, Erie Cathedral, and the WPIAL champs will be a little too much. But, they are very good. I am happy for the community, they finally have all the best athletes playing football.
