This game is typical WPIAL BS. Was just looking at the stadium. There are many very nice facilities in the WPIAL to host a playoff game at. So in this case the pick Elizabeth Forward. The field doesn't even have home and away bleachers. They have two portables on the visitor side.

Berlin vs Clairton Open Game Thread

Elizabeth Forward is very close to Clairton, probably why they chose the game to be there.

Chances are fans of Berlin can sit on the home side as well. Believe it or not, plenty of big time football schools in the wpial only have seats on one side of their stadiums. I can think of Gateway, Thomas Jefferson, and Penn Hills off hand that have nice fields and programs but seats on one side.

EF is actually a solid facility. I was there for the Clairton-Fort Cherry playoff game last year. There's plenty of seating on the one side to accommodate both fan bases. In fact the fans of both fanbases will be split at the 50's where the Clairton fans will sit left of the 50 and the Berlin fans will sit on the right side of the 50. The food is pretty good there as well.

Yeah but at those games you don't have to deal with the trash. Ridiculous site for this game, not even an illusion of fairness.
