Best QB in the conference is tough to call,

I think Cecere takes a step forward this season. I watched his highlights on Hudl last night and he did some good things, but obviously on a highlight tape you only put the good things. Still, the foundation is there.  He can move and has an arm, and I'm willing to bet Don lets him sling it around more this season.  He had a conservative playbook last season.
The Bezek kid at CC is a tough player, I don't think he's the best in the league but he's one of the better ones.  I expect him to be even better this season.
Call me crazy, but I'll give Josh Trybus some credit at QB.  He was never the sole reason BG won any games, but he's solid and doesn't make a lot of mistakes.  With Chadbourn out, I think he may have to do more this season.
Cook from McCort is a solid dual-threat. He's also a well built kid, they list him at 6'2" 210.  He has more experience than anyone else in the league at QB.

Other than that, almost everyone is breaking in new starters I believe. So saying Cecere is the best isn't a complete stretch. Maybe a new starter will emerge this season. I'm not sure who Johnstown is turning to, but that's an offense that can really create success for a QB.

I would say Cecere is the best QB in the league this year with the other names you mentioned near the top.

Although, Trybus may be in the discussion for best players in the conferences his ability on both sides are what make him a top player not his QB abilities. Cook is also a good overall football player.

Not trying to pick a fight PanthersFan, but shouldn't your total wins = your total losses in the conference? I only counted because you seemed to have a lot of teams doing poorly, but if they play only LHAC opponents, those numbers should be equal. it would interesting to see if you used an LHAC schedule and picked just who you thought was the better team in each game and see what those records turn out to be.

GrapeApe, you're right my predictions were just generally speaking, I wasn't going down each team's schedule and predicting wins and losses. The records could go up or down a win or two depending on how things play out, I didn't know who didn't play who in cross section so these aren't going to add up.

I think Cecere has more upside than probably any other qb the in the league the last ten years maybe longer. Lets not forget he was a freshman last year. Trybus is a fantastic athlete and would be my pick for best or most productive qb this season especially considering what he has around him.

None of you are mentioning Benton with BMCHS being in the 'best QB discussion. ???

Noah Benton graduated from Central Martinsburg in the Spring. He would be the best Quarterback in the conference, but he's a freshman in college.

Elijah Benton is an ATH/DB listed on the 2016 Central Martinsburg roster.

He absolutely has the most upside in quite some time.  6'4" 210 QB's with that arm strength and speed don't pop up in the Laurel Highlands all the often. Cecere was only a freshman last year, and the Forest Hills coaching staff didn't throw the whole playbook at him it seems.  He was given a basic playbook, and wasn't asked to air it out too often. I would think he will be throwing in more situations this season.

He participated in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Academy in Canton, Ohio last month. The national recruiting writer, Adam Friedman of Rivals.com came away impressed with him.  Here is a quick sentence on Cecere by Friedman is his recap of the event. Not an earth shattering review, but pretty much what most of us think about him at this point in his career.

"The large majority of the quarterback play hasn’t been pretty but two underclassmen was some natural abilities and could see some recruiting interest in the coming months.Braeden Zenelovic is a 2018 prospect from Ontario Center (N.Y.) Wayne and Adam Cecere graduates in 2019 from Sidman (Pa.) Forest Hills. Both have strong arms, pretty good throwing mechanics, and have gotten more accurate as the week has progressed."

He's (EB) also the same one that someone mentioned earlier as having been seen at a BMCHS 'camp', and whose Dad recently took the head wrestling post at BMCHS, and the family has supposedly moved into the Westmont district?   ???

He participated in a 7 on 7 with McCort i believe. Not some secret "camp".

But yes, I do believe the parents now live in Westmont. Not sure how it'll work but according to my phone from my house to Roaring Spring it says it's 51 miles and approximately 57 minutes.
