Anyone know how close Central and Juniata were by points?

In AA, outside of Bellwood vs Westmont, I see three blowouts by at least 30 points in the first round.

Bellwood fans better bring their pillows and blankets. Westmont will put them to sleep.

I don't buy the excuse from Westmont that their offense gives them the best chance to win. I think it holds back some of their players. As a fan it's awful to watch. It is some of the most boring football you'll ever witness.

You want to know whats the most boring football to watch... High school teams trying to run a west coast passing offense that maybe complete 40% of their passes max. Too many times have ive been at games where it goes over 3 and a half ours for high school football because there are so many incomplete passes.

Westmont has a few good athletes, if they lined up and played more conventional, I still think they'd be 6-4.

Perhaps. But they wouldn't be worse than 6-4.  I also think it's possible an athletic kid doesn't play or goes to Mccort because all they do is handoff.  Every level of Westmont Youth Football runs a more conventional offense. What incentive does a decent qb or wr have to play in this offense? You think that qb wants to pitch the ball and turn around and block?
Let's also not forget that if they get behind 2 scores the game is over.

I agree they may be no better or worse than 6-4, but at the district level you have to be more balanced or you simply cannot win. Portage and the wing-t come to mind. It works great, but when they face more talented teams and it gets shut down, they don't have a back up plan. When Westmont gets behind what are they going to do? Throw the ball? Something they don't practice doing live all year.

On a side note, it would be fun to see an opposing team prep for the double wing all week and Westmont shows up running something completely different.

It's like basketball teams that run a stall ball or 4 corners offense. Yes it may keep them in the game, but it also keeps the other team in it as well.

Last week Johnstown had 810 and Bradford had 800. That's why I'm thinking they seeded after the 9th game.  University Prep out of d8 used to be in this subregion and they NEVER had 10 games.
No all 10 games are counted for those that play 10.
