Fiction. Call the NAACP. jk. Troy wins everything. Give someone else not from bedford some credit or else its boring. I dont think its supposed to be such a big deal. I've noticed that unlike the mirror, the gazette gives awards as kind of a "nice" thing mostly to upperclassmen. Then again we all hate ridge so lets hold hands and cry.

Buzzards have to eat, same as worms.
It isnt a sympathy thing its about the best player and that is T Harris, just because he good at other things he still deserves the award

I EAT A LOT
Head Roadie said it best...MOST VALUABLE
Without Harris, Bedford still stinks and wins 7 games or less. Without Barefoot, Ridge would have been downgraded a ton. Barefoot scored and made his teammates better with his passing. I'd say in terms of VALUABLE to his team...Barefoot was that man.
Altoona Mirror...that team was a joke this year in my opinion compared to teams of the past. I'm not trying to bash, but it was not a typical Mirror team in my view....

i guess i never really looked at it that way HR, but it does kinda make sense...tho ive always assumed that the MVP would be the guy u would pick first for ur line up, but u do make a good point.

STRAIGHT
I would def. pick Harris on my team before Barefoot, Barefoot takes to many shots and misses alot of them, his shooting compares to Allen Iverson, he may have 50 points a game but when he is 16- 47 from the field he should have at least that.

I agree with HR. Barefoot was all Ridge had, he was definitely more valuable to Ridge than Harris was to Bedford.
As far as Outstanding player in the county...Harris but a landslide.

FACT, He is the best player in the county by far and has the most athletic ability in the county which isn't saying too much this past year from what I know. Still FACT

Just to clarify....I think Barefoot was the best "MVP" pick. Outstanding player -- player I would want to start my team with (and yes....I would have said Adam Miller back in December but I hereby rescind that!) is Troy Harris.
