Songs

GREAT songs for warm-up music for basketball that are alternatives to the rap crap I often hear before games:

LA Woman (Doors)

Back in Black and Hells Bells (AC/DC)

Street Fightin' Man and Start Me Up (R-Stones)

Here We Go Again (Whitesnake)

Right Now (Van Halen)

I like old school Metallica, such as Sandman, Turn the Page, Unforgiven, and Fuel. Creed is pretty cool. Sometimes I listen to a little Eminem to pump me up, or AC/DC. Heck, I'll listen to just about anything except those pitiful country songs. What do you get if you play a country song backwards? You get your dog back, your car back, your house back, and your girlfriend/wife back. Oh, and bluegrass is definately not my style. But other than that, there's a lot out there.

i think fleaflicker just shattered the stereotype about ridge and country music!!!

and by the way, turn the page is a bob seger song that metallica re-created and i must say the metallica version inhales profusely compared to bobby's, the saxaphone made that song and metallica didnt even use it once!
