With limited D10 results, you cannot say D6 is the strongest AA district in the west. Year in and out I would say D10 is the best AA district in the west. And I will not challenge D7 in AAA...they are clearly the best in the west.
D6 is very strong this year, they might be the best. They have a handful of athletes who will finish in the top 3 at states and at least a couple with good chances of bringing home gold. Nevertheless, I would have to see all of D10's results before saying D6 is the best in the west. I guarantee the results will change rather significantly when all the totals are in.
