At what I believe was CR's homecoming in 2001, Everett came in with their best team of the past 10-15 years and was undefeated. If I recall correctly, CR was having a mediocre season, however they pulled out the victory in a nail-biter. You never know what the homecoming spirit can do.

Re: Ridge at Everett
Ridge has Everett, Bellwood, Northern Bedford and Mo Valley left on their schedule---they will lose one at least and then get spanked in the playoffs.
Why?

What are you talking about goodwill?!!! The only team out of those 4 that we lost to last year was Bellwood and that was on some cheap call!! but that is besides the point!!! Ridge will win out and they will not get smacked in the playoffs!!! Sorry about you luck!!!

The book says play for the tie, and if you lose in OT it's bad luck.
But play for the victory in regulation and lose? You're a bad coach

Re: Ridge at Everett
Yea win out playing a Single A schedule now that is something to write home to mom about. How bout playing a Double A schedule and seeing what happens. Then, when the playoffs roll around they lose in the first round to a subpar AA team and wonder why?
