:twisted: HE JUST WON ANOTHER OPEN TOURNEY,,,HE IS RED SHIRTING AND WILL HAVE HIS FOUR YEARS LEFT. HIS CURRENT COLLEGE RECORD IS 20-1 , HE WON FOUR OPENS AND WAS RUNNER UP IN ONE. PENN STATE IS BUILDING A POWER HOUSE AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE GARRET SCOTT SIGN THERE TOO. GARRET WILL FINISH HIS CAREER ONE HUNDRED SOMETHING AND TWO,,,,,,,,JAKE STRAYER WHAT WHAT. AND NOW HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE TEAM MATES. WHAT IS EVERYONES FEELINGS ON SCOOT,,,,I FEEL HE IS THE LEBRON JAMES OF WRESTLING. IF HE WAS AS GOOD AT B-BALL AS HE IS AT WRESTLING HE WOULD SOON BE RICH AND PLAYING IN THE PROS,,,,,RIGHT AFTER HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION. :twisted:

You're right on the money there. Scott is a fabulous athlete, and probably the best wrestler this area has produced since(and possibly including) Wade Schalles. He still has a year and 1/2 to go and usually comparisons aren't fair to the kids you are comparing....this is an exception. Especially when he regularly works out with college wrestlers and they have a hard time with him. We probably won't see a wrestler like that in a while to come. He surely would be a soon - to -be millionare if he were a baseball or Basketball player with that kind of skills. I just hope the time drags nice and slow so we can enjoy it. I'll get a chance to watch the lad this weekend at the Blair/H-don Counties Tourney.
BTW- As far as Strayer goes, one of his wins this year is over the kid that's starting at PSU this year at his weight.

i agree, scott is the man. actually the whole tournament this weekend should be a good one. looking forward to all the great wrestling
