Re: Penn State @ Michigan
Michigan is going to lose that game next week because Lloyd Carr sucks. He's on his way out, mark my words. They tried to use a fake health issue to pressure him out, and it failed. The Michigan faithful are in an uproar over this guy over the past few years, and they want him out.
If Penn State was going into that stadium after UM only lost 1 home game, I'd be REALLY worried. However, they already lost 2 games at home. That is heresy up there. Michigan is uninspired and look unprepared, just like Pitt does. The only difference is that Michigan should never lose a game with the players they get. Carr's on his way out.

First of all, I want to thank you for getting your jab in on Pitt. I was wondering how someone was going to do it under the title Penn State @ Michigan. Now, Carr is fighting for his life. Michigan is fighting for their season. They are NOT going to let Penn State come in and leave with a victory. This is not like going to Northwestern and playing in front of 50,000 fans. This is the BIG HOUSE.

Or like going to spit and playing in front of 30,000 fans, maybe less (since I'm sure they counted sold tickets, not actual attendance).

Nice jab at Pitt. You spelled attendance wrong. Aren't you in college?

You should always use good examples when proving a point. Especially when it's an example of how a team should NOT be run.
What makes you so sure Michigan is going to beat Penn State? They have no "Big House" mystique this season, Moldo. They already lost 2 games up there. I agree Michigan will come out looking for blood, but so did Ohio State, who is better than Michigan, and made it publicly known that they were going to teach the freshmen a lesson. I think the only lesson those NFL linebackers at OSU were taught was how to f*cking tackle. That lesson was taught by Paul Posluzny, not Bobby Carpenter or AJ Hawk. Even Robinson made those kids look weak, he went right through them for that TD.
Penn State is tying up loose ends, and evening some scores. They owed Minnesota since 99, and Penn State blew them out and held Maroney to 49 yards. They beat Northwestern at NW after they beat PSU two years in a row. Ohio State robbed PSU in Columbus in 2002 and beat PSU 3 times straight. Michigan beat Penn State 6 years straight, and they are completely lacking in confidence. You see what morale and confidence can do to a team: look at Penn State.

Re: Penn State @ Michigan
The early line is Michigan -3.5. At least that is motivation for the Nits....underdogs...AGAIN.
The thing is, betting is a bigtime thing and this line scares the crap out of me. Every other Joe Schmoe is going to bet on PSU now. What usually happens? Why is Vegas so rich? I think it is the obligatory 6 pt swing. If the game was at PSU, the Nits would be favored by 3.
I know I'll be there...I can't wait!

Most impressed with State on Saturday. Will be tough to get up for another big game? What a bunch of bull----! PS owes a Big Blue a black eye for the last couple of years. I'm with TAE on this one. Lloyd Carr is on life support and JoePa gonna pull the plug this Saturday. Don't be surprised if this game is a Blow out!

At Joepa's age...I don't think he should be threatening anyone about pulling the life support.
Being a champion is about being consistent and getting better every week. I think Penn State has been doing both, and a win this week will be a huge step for the Nits toward national recognition.
How about that Penn State defense the last two weeks. If they play inspired football like the past two weeks, and the offense takes care of the ball, PSU will roll.
After Penn State wins on the road this week, what is Moldo's excuse going to be next?

And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!
