Upper St Clair ARE in D7 but they are AAA. As for WPIAL in general, we played the 1st place team in d7 last year which was Greensburg Central Catholic. They were expected by many to win states but we beat them 3-1 in a tough game. Personally i think District 7 is the best district in the state of PA with alot of tough teams (they qualify up to 3 teams in the state tournament). So basically whatever team you play from District 7, whether it be seed 1,2, or 3 you will have a worthy opponent. As for state rankings, i dont believe they do them for A, AA, or AAA. I have seen National Rankings for AAA though.

Btw...
District 6 A Championship
Richland 2
Belleville Mennonite 1

thats too bad about nbc
they prob won't talk for a week at school
they have worked hard to get to the point they did tonight
they worked all year round to get better and better and now its over it has to be so surreal to them
thats how i was too
its like now what?
and if your fortunate to play in college or beyond then its not so bad
but if thats it, it hits hard
and i'm sure more then one person on here can vouch for that
regardless of the sport
i was that way with all sports i was in
but i am one of the lucky ones who get to compete in college but it still hit me hard

thats exactly what i was wondering count.

also i dont know of any state rankings, national rankings are for all schools but 99.9 percent of the time its going to be the larger schools that get the ranks.

anyone from richland...

were my predictions about bellvilles style anywhere close to being accurate?

Gunner...you were 100% about Bellevilles style of play.

Belleville lacked speed up front, had a decent mid-field who won a lot of balls, but once they won the ball, they'd play long ball but couldn't get by the speed of the richland defenders. richland dominated the majority of the game, but belleville played a deep defense (once again like you said)...and richland couldn't really get anything started until we got down and had to fight back for the win. We finally figured out how to beat their d, when we ran a diagonal past their sweeper, and had basically a break away to tie the game up. Belleville clearly was a good team, with a strong defense and a strong keeper, and as they say 'defense wins championships'. Richland had a stronger defense, and had enough to claim their second straight title. We play the District 3-3rd place in the opening round of inter-districts, and that will be played Tuesday (i heard at Hollidaysburg.)

PS. Richland returns 9 starters next year....

what was the fault really?
i don't think it would have been bad goal tending that just isn't in scott suiters aka scooby

did they play like crap and deserved to lose compared to the way rockwood played?

and where is nbsoccer18?
