What's bill going to be? Sec. of Defense? and Gore Sec of the Interior? This getting to be a real joke.

Hope and Change = Status Quo, Obama the establishment status quo president!

I think the whole "change" think was to be different than that "lame duck". Not to bring in people without any prior experience. I could be wrong, though.

That whole hope and change thing evolves daily. Obama ran on a whole platform that inside the beltway politics was broken and he would change that. Who is he bringing in that any different than the usual suspects, there only difference being from a different party? Obama is bringing back the Clinton retreads just like Bush tapped the retreads from his dad. What's changed? Nothing, politics as usual. Didn't take long did it?

Lame duck didn't do so well with the retreads, so let's hope Obama has more success. Then again, the Clinton administration was a lot more successful than the Lame duck administration.

Oh that's debatable. 9/11 is directly tied to those same Clinton "retreads" that were asleep at the wheel while Bin Laden and company flourished. Those same clowns are coming back to town. Clinton was more concerned with cigar fetishes than defending the country. Don't go down that road deliverance. Clinton was a disaster and only a GOP lead Congress staved that off. Remember Clinton's first forays? Probably not. Don't ask don't tell and Hilary Care, scared America to death and lead to the 94 Contract w/ America. Now we know that the Repubs in Congress became as despicable as those they replaced.

The point is deliverance the whole system is corrupt. Obama/Bush/Clinton/Bush and the Congress. Status Quo. Sorry if you really believed in Obama. I am. I thought GW was worth believing in his first term and what a let down he was.

I got another one for you. Looking into my crystal ball I see........for Obama's AG.........Jamie Gorelick!

There not much tread left on that tire. Been recapped a few times. But we will all be told that she's the berries and a breath of fresh air.

deliverance wrote:RidgePappy, I see your man Bush called a terrorist today to say thanks. Not only did he do that, but said we need to be out of Iraq by 2011. What happened to not putting a time table on leaving Iraq? I clearly remember him stating this "An artificial timetable of withdrawal would say to an enemy, just wait them out." It was just back in July that he strongly rejected a time table. Why has his stance changed? It's probably Obama's fault right?
Bush has been nothing but a liberal his last few years. He was always liberal fiscally, but stayed relatively conservative on foreign and social policies. Now move foreign policy over to the liberal side - he's now 2 for 3. I imagine before he leaves office he'll make tax payers pay for abortions - oh wait, we already do.

Yep, 7th generation at least in this country. The southpaw moniker isn't just on BC.
