Who cares if D6 is better than D5? I think they have more schools. D3 is better than d6, D7 and D1 are better than D3. So why does it matter? I assume this is a player who is bitter about their team sitting in the stands tonight. First Bedford, now Claysburg. Who will be the next team jealous of NB that will try and diminish their accomplishments?

Go Panthers!

Note to Bulldogblood12345. I find it interesting that you criticize D5 procedures and teams that are in the football playoffs when D6 has open tournaments for most team sports and allows teams with horrible records to enter automatically if we want. Can you be happy with your football team going 7-2 and NOT getting in and your basketball team going 6-18 and getting in?? At least D5 treats all sports the same.

And for the record, I think winning your conference should get you in automatically, so by my view, Blairsville (Heritage) J.Valley (ICC-Mt), Bellwood (ICC-Nit) and Claysburg (ICC-South) should have qualified automatically before the point system kicked in. But, that's how D6 chooses to do it. It is tough to stomach being conference champions and not getting in. I feel it is an injustice.

I am going to go with Berlin on this one.

2 reasons:

1. Probably won't be able to contain Eric D'Carrion

2. It's the Mountaineers year, undefeated...and rolling past opponents. Look at there scores when winning, mostly blowouts. NB isn't much of an offense team.

Still going to be a good game and all....

Berlin 32 NB 14

D'Carrion is gonna get hit harder tonite than he has in any of his other games. he's got two of the hardest hitting linebackers in D5 heading straight for him, Tommy Swope and Eric Wagner.

thats rite boards NBs not much of an offense team but our defense is tough its gonna be a great game! hope everyone will come out and support NB

Go Panthers
NB-35
Berlin-21

hopefully this is the night for NB, i think they can do it, they've won bigger games...look at Berlin's competition, they didnt have any, look at the way we destroyed North Star, who took down Windber. If NB brings their game tonight, they can get this win. I wish I could make the trip up, but JC is in Elite Eight Volleybally tonight...good stuff...anyway GO PANTHERS

Yardage wise, I can't be sure. As far as effectiveness, he was very limited. The NB defense did a good job of shutting him down. I can't really recall a run over 10 yards from him.

wow what a shame for NB as they had soooooo many chances to win this game!! They fumbled punts over and over, but NB could not capitalize on their big mistakes. Good Season though NB. Congrats

Sounds like a very good effort for NBC. Hey, you're driving the pumpkin home for now, but next year, maybe you'll get to take the Caddy Escalade...
